Beatrice Marie Prusinski, (nee Chase), age 93, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2020, after a brief illness. 'Bea' charmed everyone she met with her sunny disposition, positive attitude, and beautiful smile. She will be sorely missed by her family and all who knew her.

Bea was born to John and Mary (nee Czarniak) Chase on June 4, 1927,  in Cleveland, OH. She graduated from Notre Dame Academy.

Bea married Joseph David Prusinski, Jr. in 1947 in Cleveland, OH. During their 56 years of marriage they first lived in Cleveland and then Hollywood, FL. Following Bea's retirement from her career as an executive secretary at Eastern Airlines in Miami, FL, the couple moved to Nashville, TN. Bea returned to live in Cleveland in 2017.

Bea is survived by her four children: daughter Nancy Gray (husband W. Harvey) of Chesterfield, MO; son Clifford Prusinski (wife Joan) of Rocky River, OH; daughter Claudia Wood of Franklin, TN; and son William Prusinski (wife Lourdes Franquez) of Plantation, FL.

She is also survived by 6 grandchildren: W. Harvey Gray Jr. (Sara Davis), Michael Gray (Diedre), Mary Chase Wood Gower (Evan), Ellen Prusinski (Garrett Hansen), Andrew Prusinski (Leslie), and Laura Prusinski Jacobs (Jordan) and 6 great-grandchildren: Van Gower, Everleigh Gower, Audrey Gray, Max Gray, Lowell Hansen, and Silas Hansen.

In addition to her parents and husband, Bea was preceded in death by her son-in-law W. Houston Wood and grandson W. Houston Wood Jr.

Arrangements are pending for interment at the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, TN, which will followed by a memorial service and celebration of Bea's life.
