Constance J. "Connie" Kollar , (née Monti), age 86, passed away November 26, 2017. Beloved wife of the late John; loving mother of John "Jay" (Sarah Davis, DDS), Michael S., and Kathleen Thom (Michael); cherished grandmother of John "Jack"; dear sister of Virgil Monti (deceased) (Nancy); dearest sister-in law of Helen Slezak (Rudy-deceased), dearest aunt of Mark Slezak (Kathy) and Sharon Gurak (Randy).
Connie was a nurse, wife, mother, and grandmother. She cared for and nurtured her family with joy and enthusiasm until her final days. She was a kind, sweet, loving, and gentle person - everyone who knew her loved her. Connie's joyful presence in the lives of her family and friends will be dearly and deeply missed.
