ELAINE J. PARSONS , (nee Rosinski), age 82, passed away peacefully under the wonderful care of The Avenue of Aurora on November 24, 2020.

She was born on July 15, 1938, in Cleveland, Ohio. She was proceeded in death by her parents John and Helen Rosinski, and her brother Richard "Babe" Rosinski.

Our mom met and married the love of her life, Thomas W. Parsons, on June 21, 1958. They soon after had 6 children, but always wanted "enough for a baseball league." Our father, Thomas, proceeded her in death in 2001.

She loved making people smile and always had something smart and witty to say. Besides her family, she loved garage sales, bingo, and car rides. She made friends with anyone and everyone loved her! Anyone would tell you that they always felt the love she would give, and the genuine laughs they would share.

She went by many other names too. Her favorites were: Mom, Gramma, and Busha. But she would always introduce herself as "The Polish Grandma".

Everyone has the best memories with her. From growing up with her, and then to the young age of 82! She had a sharp mind, all the way till the end, and she was never afraid to use it. She would tell you, "I'm 82, fat, and I don't give a...." you know the rest! Some of you are smiling, and probably nodding your head because in the end you gotta love her for always being who she was! We sure did and always will.

Beloved mother of Timothy (deceased) (Mary), Thomas (June), Terence, Karen (Jim), Todd (Theresa), and Thad (deceased) and dear mother-in-law to Anthony Giaimo (deceased).  She will continue to watch over her 11 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.

With all our love, we'll miss you. But we know you are in a better place, with not only God, but your loved ones; and forever you will watch over us (cause we're a lot).

Friends may call at LATEK & RYBICKI, A GOLDEN RULE FUNERAL HOME, 4640 TURNEY RD. for a MEMORIAL GATHERING: FRIDAY 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, December 12, at St. John Nepomucene Church, corner of Fleet Ave. and E. 50 ^th St., at 9:30 AM.  Please meet at church.  Interment All Saints Cemetery at a later date.
