ELAINE C. TIFFE, (nee Rutkowski), age 77. Beloved wife of Ronald; loving mother of Jeffery, Brian (Angela), Tricia Kraska, and her beloved dog, Oscar; dear sister of Dennis Rutkowski, David Rutkowski (Laurene), Dorothy Lynch (deceased), and Robert Rutkowski (deceased); cherished aunt of many. Elaine loved taking care of her dog-grandchildren and enjoyed feeding the birds in her backyard. She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society at Holy Family Catholic Church in Parma. Elaine was the proud owner of Tiffe's Pizza for 17 ½ years. In her spare time, she volunteered at the pet shelter walking dogs.
