ERIC KYLE GEYER, 40, of Brecksville, Ohio, passed away on March 21, 2026. Born on June 17, 1985, Eric lived a life marked by devotion to his family, service to his community, and kindness to everyone who knew him.
Eric is survived by his beloved wife, Julie Anne Geyer (Burkett); his cherished children, Annabelle and Miles; his parents, Marcia Adamczyk (Wolff) and James Geyer; his dear sister, Nitsa Payne (Geyer); his nieces, Kaylie Payne and Peyton Payne; and his aunt and uncle, Charlene Nutter (Wolff) and Clifford Nutter.
Eric grew up in Columbia Station, Ohio, where he attended Columbia Local Schools. He went on to attend The University of Toledo, earning his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2009. During his time there, he was a proud member of the professional fraternity Kappa Psi.
Eric was a licensed pharmacist in Hudson, Ohio, and was deeply committed to caring for others through his work. He also gave generously of his time to the Brecksville Kiwanis and the Ohio Pharmacists Association. An Eagle Scout, Eric believed in service, leadership, and showing up for others.
Beyond his accomplishments, Eric will be remembered most for the love he gave so freely. He loved running marathons, treasured time with his dog, Fitz, and found joy in helping others both personally and professionally. He was recently pursuing a seat representing Ohio House District 19, a reflection of his desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around him.
Eric’s presence brought comfort, strength, and steadiness to his family and friends. He was a devoted husband, a proud and loving father, and a man of integrity, compassion, and determination. His loss leaves an immeasurable void, and he will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who loved him.
