JOAN MARIE ONE DANKO , (nee Fricker), age 89.  Beloved wife of the late Bill Danko; loving mother of Cindy Jordon, Jackie Palmer (Pete), and Susan Talaska (Ron); dearest stepmother of Frank Danko (Cindi); cherished great-grandmother of Jessica Harding, Khrista Palmer-Stephenson (Josh), Mitchell Palmer, and Ryan and Cody Talaska; dear daughter of Eleanor and Walter Fricker (both deceased). Bill was the love of her life, and their love story is an inspiration to many and proof that you can find your soulmate at any age.  Joan was a concert level pianist and vocalist and loved fighting for the underdog as an attorney.  She was generous, a strong warrior who enjoyed fencing. She was the spirit of courage for her family.  Joan loved shopping, dining at fancy restaurants, and just having a good time.  She loved desserts, especially hot chocolate with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle, licorice, and her morning toast.  She was a lover of dogs and had many during her life.  Graveside services will be held FRIDAY, JULY 1 , Calvary Cemetery, 10000 Miles Rd., Cleveland, at 11:30 AM.  Please meet at cemetery.
