JOHN LAKOTA , age 85.  Beloved husband of the late Stephanie (nee Zawada); loving father of Anita Thatcher and Jack; cherished grandfather of Allie and Cassie Thatcher, Stephen Cantrell, and Angelina Lakota; devoted son of Francois and Josephine (both deceased); dear brother of Stephanie "Fany" Sigonnaud (Roger) (both deceased), Aline Chlebowski (Casey), and Irene Frye (Lee); loved by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.  Private family services were held.  Interment St. Mary Cemetery (E. 71 ^st ).
