KATHLEEN J. "KATHY" LINGO , (nee Novak), age 62.  Beloved wife of Michael P.; loving mother of Ashleigh Andrews (Shane) and Aaron (Felecia Hodge); cherished grandmother of Cora Andrews and Sarah Lingo and bonus grandmother of Frederick and Stacie; caring daughter of Richard and Mildred Novak and then Genevieve Novak (all deceased); treasured daughter-in-law of Sigmund and Elizabeth Lingo (both deceased); dear sister of Noreen Piazza (Joe), Cindy Hanford (Guy), Kim Serluco (Jim), and Kelly Burchfield (deceased) (Dave-wife Teresa); devoted sister-in-law of Marty Lingo (Olga); dearest aunt of Mike, Amy, Nikki, Ricky (deceased), Craig, Maggie, Emily, Jenna, Jared, Ellyn, Nicholas, Joseph, and Betty and great-aunt of 23; cherished friend of many.

Kathy loved to cook and took joy in sharing those meals with others. She created delicious meals and beautiful cakes not just for her family and friends but strangers as well. Family gatherings, celebrations, and ordinary days alike were transformed into memorable feasts thanks to Kathy.

Kathy will be remembered not only for her culinary expertise but also for her unwavering generosity and the lasting mark she left on the lives of those fortunate enough to call her a wife, a daughter, a mother, a grandma, a sister, an aunt, or a friend. She never missed an opportunity to share her wit and humor and would always refer to herself as "crazy Aunt Kak"!

A celebration of Kathy's life will be held on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2024 from 12-3 PM at the Fellowship City Church , 16391 Chillicothe Road, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023 where friends and family will gather to share stories, reminisce about shared meals, and honor the memory of a remarkable soul who brightened our world.
