LOIS A. PUKY, (nee Demske), age 89.  Beloved wife of the late Michael P.; loving and devoted mother of Michael T. (Susan Soltesz), Jaclyn S. Pirrone (Paul), and Rachel M. (Lacee Miller); cherished grandmother of Jordan L. and Alexandra R. Pirrone; adoring daughter of Clarence and Frieda Demske (both deceased); dear sister of David P. Demske and Judy R. Fotch (both deceased).  She had a special bond with her nephew, Brian Kushner, of CA and her cousin, Richard Czack, of Germany.  Blessed with many friends, especially her girls from "The Club".  Lois loved to sing, beginning with a solo in the 3 ^rd grade.  She continued throughout Jr. High and Sr. High in operettas and a cappella choirs. She also was a soloist with the Richmond Brothers Choir and with Ohio Bell.  Lois loved to sing in church choirs, her latest with Zion Lutheran Church.  She sang for weddings for friends and later sang for funerals.  For over 20 years she was known for signing "O Holy Night" every Christmas Eve service.  Lois sang her praises to the Lord.  Lois was a volunteer for 25 years at Jennings Center for Older Adults Gift Shop.  Family suggests contributions to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. www.JDRF.org A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 28, at 1:00 PM, at St. James Lutheran Church, 4771 Broadview Rd., Cleveland, 44109.
