MARGUERITE ZILA WOZNIAK, (nee LeBreton), age 83.  Faithful wife of the late Z. Edmond; loving mother of Mireille Michalak (Michael) and Edward (Susan); cherished grandmother of Richard (Dominique) and Nadine (Alex), and great-grandmother of Brayden Wozniak; precious in-law of Mike and Helen. Marguerite was born on Reunion Island (in the Indian Ocean). She worked in the offices of a Norwegian shipping company in Madagascar. Edmond was in the French Merchant Marines and he enjoyed taking pictures of the many places he sailed to. On a voyage to Reunion Island he happened to take a picture of a pretty blond (Marguerite) walking along the boardwalk. He did not speak to her then, but two years later he was back at the island and finally got a chance to meet her. He had the picture of her in his wallet all that time and this time spoke to her - and the rest is history. She left behind her parents (Basil and Denise), two brothers (Alex and Sully) and her many nieces and nephews (15) and started her new life across the ocean. She followed Edmond to Nantes, France and then onto Cleveland, Ohio. She learned how to speak English while raising a family and working in various accounting offices. She will be remembered as a quiet person who loved her family, made great chicken curry and kolacki's and pampered her cat Jasper. Her family would like to thank Teresa her very dear friend, Irene and "our" Greek family for the many memories, Bruce for being a great neighbor and Pete for making her yard look beautiful all year long. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Holy Family Hospice, St. Jude's Hospital, or the Alzheimer's Association.
