PATRICIA CZULKOWSKI , age 81, peacefully passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at the Greenbrier Senior Living Center in Parma Hts.  She is survived by her extended family and her many friends at Greenbrier.  She was predeceased by her mother Sally, her aunt Mary Viglione and her cousin Joseph Viglione.  She will be remembered for her gentle spirit and the lace doilies she beautifully handcrafted by a craft known as tatting.  A private memorial service will be held for her in Colorado.  Love you!
