RITA D. ZANONA, (née Sikon) passed away peacefully on October 25, 2015 at her home in Bath, OH and was reunited with her beloved husband John "Jack" Zanona after 24 years. Rita was a devoted mother to her four daughters: Linette Atterbury (Brad), Jacqueline Fitzpatrick (Scott), Sue Zanona, and Jonalyn Dunn (Jed). Her granddaughters—Jalen, Brynne, Kobie, Meaghan, and Avrey—were the "sunshine of her life." She treated her nieces and nephews as her own. Her sisters-in-law were her dearest friends, and she considered neighbors as her family.

Rita enjoyed being surrounded by friends and family, and her home was a frequent gathering place for all. She leaves a legacy of love that will never be forgotten. A CELEBRATION OF LIFE will be held at HOLY MARTYRS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3100 S Weymouth Road, Medina, on Saturday, November 28. Family will receive friends at 9:00am, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00am.
