RUTH M. KELLY, age 89. Beloved long-time partner of John S. Parsons Jr.; loving adopted mother of Dave Parsons (Brigitte); cherished adopted grandmother of Brandon and Justin Parsons (Megan) and Sabrina Becker (David); dear adopted great-grandmother of Benjamin, Gabby, and Cora Parsons, and Jacob, Logan, and Margaret Becker. Private family services will be held at Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
