SAMUEL D. LAKE, age 41. Beloved husband of Jennifer L. (nee Green), loving father of Emily and Eli; cherished son of Selem and Juanita (both deceased); dear brother of many. Friends are asked to meet at THE ROCK COMMUNITY CHURCH, 9403 GARFIELD BLVD., FRIDAY, JUNE 10 for VISITATION 1-2 PM, followed by services at 2 PM. Interment Riverside Cemetery. ARRANGEMENTS by LATEK & RYBICKI, A GOLDEN RULE FUNERAL HOME.
