Sarah J. Davis-Kollar, age 54, passed away March 7, 2020 from complications related to Thymic carcinoma.  Beloved wife of John "Jay"; loving and devoted mother of John "Jack" G.; cherished daughter of John D. Davis (deceased) and Gretchen Beebe, PhD (nee Graham) (Robert); dear half-sister of Matthew Crawford and Christa Glowacki (Robert); dear step-sister of Jean Ann Crawford, James Crawford (Theresa Kearns), and John Crawford; dearest sister-in-law of Michael S. Kollar and Kathy Thom (Michael); aunt and friend to many.

Sarah was born in Parma, OH on November 30, 1965.  She was a graduate of St. Augustine High School and Case Western Reserve University where she earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1992.  Sarah practiced pediatric dentistry for 23 years in Ft. Collins, CO and Brecksville, OH.  Sarah loved each and every one of her patients and dearly missed them all after illness forced her to stop practicing in 2017.

Sarah was an inspiration to all who knew her.  She loved nothing more than being a mom to her son Jack and all of her puppies and treasured every moment she had with her family.  Sarah started two successful solo pediatric dental practices.  She was a competitive runner up to the marathon distance and continued to train and cycle to work even as an advanced cancer patient.  Sarah was kind, empathetic, insightful, witty and happy no matter the circumstance.  Sarah's presence in our lives will be deeply missed but her boundless enthusiasm for life and the contributions she made to the lives of her family and friends will never be forgotten.  In lieu of gifts, please consider a donation to the Foundation for Thymic Cancer Research, University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center, or Hospice of the Western Reserve.
