WALTER TERRENCE BROWN , age 73, of Glen Allen, VA, (formerly of Cleveland, OH), passed away May 3, 2017. Survived by his beloved Carol Ripley.  Loving father of Kelly Moscollic (Brian), Tracy Brown (John) and step-father of Tama Storer (Jerry) and Paula Ripley; cherished grandfather of Brian, Nicole, Violet, Rory, Brooke and Jill; devoted son of Thomas and Gertrude (both deceased); dear brother of Thomas and James (both deceased).  Walt worked many years for the U.S. Postal Service and later as an outside contractor for USPS in the position of Engineering Technician.  He was an avid musician playing piano early as a child.  He later picked up guitar, mandolin, ukulele, composed many pieces and was a member of ASCAP.  Air Force Veteran of Vietnam Era, having served nine years.  Member of VFW Post 6364 and a lifetime member of Moose Lodge, both in Richmond, VA.  Friends may call at LATEK & RYBICKI, A GOLDEN RULE FUNERAL HOME, 7906 BROADVIEW RD. (corner of Broadview and Sprague Rds.), where services will be held Thursday, May 18, at 11:00 AM.  Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
