WILLIAM GENE "BILL" STILL , age 78.  It is with great sadness that the family announces Bill's peaceful passing at home on November 5, 2020.  He will be lovingly remembered by his devoted and caring wife of 55 years, Carol; his children, Robert (Kitty), Kurt (Josette), Jamie (Cathy), Jason (Elaine), and Nancy Carnes (Curtis); his 15 grandchildren, Robert, John Thomas, Dallas, Charles, Brooke, Jessica, Lance, Guen, Hudson, Jason, Kitty Lee, Dawson, Simon, and Olivia Still, and Jay Carnes.  He is also survived by his sister, Jeanette Pastorius (Dave) and his brother, Richard Chipka (Cheryl).  Bill is preceded in death by his mother, Genice Chipka and stepfather, Richard Chipka, Sr.  Bill's warm heart, kindness, and tremendous love for his family is what fosters his unforgettable laughter and kind yet comforting smile.  He was known for his loyalty, work ethic, sage advice, and entertaining stories about his childhood in Mississippi.  US Army Veteran of Vietnam Era.  Family suggests contributions to Alzheimer's Assoc., PO Box 74924, Cleveland, 44194.  Friends may call at LATEK & RYBICKI, A GOLDEN RULE FUNERAL HOME , 7906 BROADVIEW RD. where services will be held Tuesday, November 10, at 1:00 PM.  Interment Brecksville Cemetery.
